肝靶向载体甘草次酸结构修饰及纳米制剂的研究进展

【摘要】:针对肝癌的普通化疗药因其对正常组织的毒副作用在临床治疗中受到了极大的限制,而靶向药物利用自身对靶器官特殊的亲和力使药物在正常组织的分布减少从而使不良反应大大降低,该优势在一定程度上弥补了普通化疗药的不足。甘草次酸以其有效的肝靶向性进入人们的视线,将它作为载体发挥肝靶向性的研究日益受到人们的重视,该文就目前在肝靶向研究中对甘草次酸的结构修饰和相关纳米制剂的研究现状进行总结,为甘草次酸的肝靶向制剂研究提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:The common chemotherapeutic agents for liver cancer are greatly restricted in clinical treatment because of their toxic and side effects on normal tissues. Target drugs make use of their own special affinity to target organs to reduce the distribution of drugs in normal tissues, which greatly reduces the adverse reactions. To some extent, this advantage makes up for the shortcomings of common chemotherapeutic drugs. Glycyrrhetinic acid has attracted more and more attention because of its effective liver targeting, and it is used as a carrier to play a more and more important role in liver targeting. In this paper, the structure modification of glycyrrhetinic acid and the research status of related nano-preparations in liver targeting research are summarized, which provides a reference for the study of liver-targeted preparation of glycyrrhetinic acid.
