某院222例儿童抗菌药物不良反应相关影响因素分析

【摘要】：目的:通过分析某三甲妇幼专科医院儿童抗菌药物不良反应发生的相关影响因素,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性调查分析方法,对某三甲妇幼专科医院于2013-2015年收集并上报的222例儿童抗菌药物不良反应报表进行统计分析。结果:该院ADR发生以0~3岁儿童最多(62.16%);以静脉给药方式为主,占99.10%;引发ADR的药品最多的是头孢菌素类(75.68%);ADR累及皮肤及其附件损害最多;在222例ADR的报告中,报告者以护士为主,上报ADR185例(83.33%);头孢菌素类是引起严重ADR的主要抗菌药物;几乎所有ADR经相应处理后好转或恢复正常。结论:抗菌药物引发ADR影响因素较为复杂,临床应加强ADR监测与上报工作,促进临床合理用药,保障患者用药安全。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the influencing factors of adverse drug reactions in children in a trimethyle-1 maternal and child hospital, and to provide reference for safe drug use in clinic. Methods: 222 reports of adverse reactions of antimicrobial agents were collected and reported by a three A Maternal and Child Hospital from 2013 to 2015. Results: the majority of ADR occurred in children aged 0 to 3 years old (62.16%), mainly by intravenous administration (99.1010%), the most common drug causing ADR was cephalosporins (75.68%) involving the skin and its adnexal damage, and in 222 cases of ADR, the main ones were nurses. In 185 cases of ADR, the cephalosporins were the main antimicrobial agents causing severe ADR, and almost all ADR were improved or returned to normal after corresponding treatment. Conclusion: the influencing factors of ADR induced by antimicrobial agents are more complicated, so the monitoring and reporting of ADR should be strengthened in clinic to promote the rational use of drugs in clinic and to ensure the safety of drug use in patients.
