医疗机构青光眼治疗药物使用结构分析

【摘要】：目的:分析医疗机构青光眼治疗药物的使用数据,探讨医疗机构青光眼治疗药物使用结构的发展趋势。方法:通过对全国690家医疗机构药品购销数据的处理,分析医疗机构青光眼治疗药物的使用现状及使用结构;选取赫芬达尔-赫希曼指数(HHI)与集中曲线这两个指标,对医疗机构青光眼治疗药物的市场集中度进行分析。结果:医疗机构青光眼治疗药物使用金额及使用量整体呈现上升趋势,其中前列腺素类药物使用金额(占比)及使用量(占比)均呈现明显的上升趋势,而非前列腺素类药物使用金额及使用量略有所上升,使用金额占比及使用量占比均呈现下降趋势;医疗机构青光眼治疗药物的产品集中度较高,并逐年上升;医疗机构青光眼治疗药物的产品集中度较高。结论:医疗机构青光眼治疗药物的使用趋于集中,前列腺素类药物在青光眼治疗药物中扮演日益重要的角色。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the data of glaucoma drugs used in medical institutions and to explore the development trend of drug use in medical institutions. Methods: based on the data of drug purchase and sale in 690 medical institutions in China, the current situation and structure of the use of drugs for glaucoma treatment in medical institutions were analyzed, and two indexes, HHI and the concentration curve, were selected. The market concentration of glaucoma drugs in medical institutions was analyzed. Results: the amount of money used and the amount of drugs used in glaucoma treatment in medical institutions were on the rise, among which, the amount of money used and the amount of drugs used in the use of prostaglandins showed an obvious upward trend. However, the amount and amount of non-prostaglandins used increased slightly, the proportion of the amount of money used and the proportion of the use of the drugs decreased, and the concentration of glaucoma drugs in medical institutions was higher and increased year by year. The concentration of glaucoma drugs in medical institutions is high. Conclusion: the use of drugs for glaucoma in medical institutions tends to be concentrated, and prostaglandins play an increasingly important role in the treatment of glaucoma.
