环孢素A口服溶液不同给药剂量对注射器内残留量的影响

【摘要】：目的:考察环孢素A口服溶液不同给药剂量对一次性注射器内残留量的影响。方法:将40支一次性无菌注射器均分为0.9%氯化钠注射液组和环孢素A口服溶液组,两组又均分为4个亚组。分别测定两组注射器内溶液的残留量,并计算残留百分比。结果:环孢素A口服溶液组各亚组一次性无菌注射器内环孢素A的残留百分比均显著高于0.9%氯化钠注射液组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。环孢素A口服溶液各亚组间除0.5 ml组与0.8 ml组间比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)外,其他各组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:儿童采用一次性无菌注射器口服给予环孢素A时抽取的剂量越小,注射器内药物的残留百分比越大;当注射器抽取环孢素A溶液剂量在0.1 ml时,注射器内药物的残留量百分比最高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of different dosages of cyclosporine A oral solution on the residues in disposable syringes. Methods: 40 disposable sterile syringes were divided into 0.9% sodium chloride injection group and an oral cyclosporine A solution group. The two groups were divided into 4 subgroups. The residual amount of solution in two groups of syringes was determined and the percentage of residual solution was calculated. Results: the percentage of residual cyclosporine A in single sterile syringe in the oral solution group was significantly higher than that in 0.9% sodium chloride injection group (P0.05). There was no significant difference between each subgroup of CSA oral solution except 0.5 ml group and 0.8 ml group (P0.05), but there were significant differences among other groups (P0.05). Conclusion: the smaller the dose of cyclosporine A is, the greater the residual percentage of drugs in the syringe is, when the dose of cyclosporine A solution is 0.1 ml, and the dose of cyclosporine A solution is 0.1 ml when the dose of cyclosporine A solution is 0.1 ml. The highest percentage of drug residues were found in syringes.
