高纯度非达霉素的制备

【摘要】：目的开发一种高纯度非达霉素的制备工艺。方法采用DAC50高压制备色谱系统,优化了制备工艺。结果选用Kromasil C_8作为色谱填料,洗脱剂为50%乙腈加0.1%甲酸,上样量为1.4~1.6g粗品,纯化后产品纯度≥99.5%,单杂≤0.10%,纯化收率在85%左右。结论该工艺简单高效,适用于工业化规模生产。
