基层药事服务圈的界定和可视化表达方法

【摘要】:目的:探讨基层药事服务圈的界定和可视化表达方法,为定点药店规划提供一种全新的思路与方式。方法:收集规划地区的行政区划等基础数据与信息,以公平和效率为导向,运用地理信息系统软件及其功能模块,按照提出方法、模拟验证、专家论证、完善方法的思路对基层药事服务圈进行界定和可视化表达。结果:形成了一整套基于医疗资源配置标准的基层药事服务圈的界定和可视化表达操作方法,并明确了其在Arc GIS软件中的操作命令和程序。结论:按本方法步骤操作所得到的基层药事服务圈,可实现:(1)相邻的药事服务圈彼此邻接但不重合或交叉;(2)空间关系可清晰有效表达;(3)形状呈面状、规则状;(4)不同时间所采集的数据信息在空间上具有可比性,为医保定点药店规划提供了良好的先决条件。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the definition and visual expression method of primary pharmacy service circle, and to provide a new way of thinking and method for the planning of drug stores. Methods: to collect the basic data and information of the administrative division of the planning area, to use the GIS software and its function module, to use the fairness and efficiency as the guide, according to the proposed method, to simulate and verify, and to demonstrate by experts. The idea of perfecting the method defines and visualizes the primary pharmaceutical service circle. Results: a set of methods of defining and visualizing the medical service circle based on the standard of medical resource allocation were formed, and its operation commands and programs in Arc GIS software were clarified. Conclusion: the primary pharmaceutical service circle can be realized according to this method: (1) the adjacent pharmaceutical service circle is adjacent to each other but does not overlap or cross with each other; (2) the spatial relationship can be expressed clearly and effectively; (3) the shape of the service circle is plane. (4) the data information collected at different times is comparable in space, which provides a good precondition for the planning of designated drugstores.
