新型体外热原检测法的研究进展

【摘要】：为了确保任何非肠道用药,特别是静脉注射用药的安全,必须对产品进行热原检测,这使得热原检测技术成为保证药品安全性的一项关键技术。建立单核细胞热原检测法代替传统热原检测法(家兔热原检查法与细菌内毒素检查法)的研究是热原检测领域发展的整体趋势,2010欧洲药典与美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)均已采纳此类细胞法。本文将围绕单核细胞法近10年来的研究技术、实际应用和方法特点以及未来发展趋势作一扼要介绍。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the safety of any non-intestinal drug, especially intravenous drug, pyrogen detection must be carried out, which makes pyrogen detection a key technology to ensure the safety of drugs. To establish monocyte pyrogen test instead of traditional pyrogen test (rabbit pyrogen test and bacterial endotoxin test) is the overall trend in the field of pyrogen detection. The European Pharmacopoeia 2010 and the Food and Drug Administration of the United States The FDA has adopted this cell method. In this paper, the research technology, practical application, characteristics and future development trend of monocyte method in recent 10 years are briefly introduced.
