【摘要】：正盐酸屈他维林(drotaverine hydrochloride)是一种直接作用于平滑肌细胞的亲肌性解痉药,相较于胆碱受体阻断类解痉药,它因通过抑制磷酸二酯酶达到使平滑肌舒张来解除痉挛,不影响植物神经系统,故不良反应少,安全性高,现发现1例口服盐酸屈他维林片后出现2级心悸的案例,报道如下。1临床资料患者,女,56岁,诊断为复发性卵巢癌。现因下腹部偶有胀痛不适、大便困难入院。既往有"糖尿病"1年余,平时予胰岛素"早10 U、晚8 U"控制血糖,血糖控制可;否认"高血压、
[Abstract]:(drotaverine hydrochloride) is a kind of myotropic antispasmodic that acts directly on smooth muscle cells. Compared with choline receptor blocking antispasmodic drugs, it relieves spasmodic by inhibiting the relaxation of smooth muscle by inhibiting phosphodiesterase (phosphodiesterase). There were few adverse reactions and high safety. A case of grade 2 palpitation after oral administration of tritavirin hydrochloride was found. The clinical data are as follows: 1 female 56 years old, diagnosed as recurrent ovarian cancer. Because the lower abdomen occasionally has distended pain discomfort, defecate difficulty to be admitted to hospital. There has been "diabetes" for more than one year, and insulin is usually given "10 U in the morning and 8 U in the evening" to control blood sugar.
