自制万古霉素质控血清用于血药浓度监测的可行性探讨

【摘要】:目的探讨自制万古霉素质控血清在血药浓度监测中应用的可行性。方法取注射用盐酸万古霉素1.0 mg,注射用水溶解后加入血清基质液,制备质量浓度分别为10,20,30μg·m L-1的万古霉素质控血清并检测其浓度,考察方法准确性、质控样品的稳定性及临床应用。结果自制低、中、高浓度的万古霉素质控血清检测结果为靶值的98.0%~101.5%,-30℃保存6个月含量变化小于2%。结论自制万古霉素质控血清操作方法简单、成本低、结果准确可靠,可以作为实验室日常质量控制。
