PDCA循环在降低静脉用药调配中心药品损耗工作中的应用分析

【摘要】:目的探讨PDCA循环法在降低静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)品破损情况的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2015—2016年间PDCA循环前后PIVAS药品破损情况进行分析,并运用PDCA循环管理法持续改善全流程质量控制。结果对流程内药品损耗步骤进行针对性措施干预后,由储存原因引的的破率量由46降至19,拆零环节则降至干预前的一半以下,工作流程如摆药、核对等环节破损量明显下降,与干预前相比差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。但药品配送及质量问题引起的破损比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 PDCA循环对PIVAS的药品流程内破损干预效果明显,可降低药品破损率,可促进PIVAS药品管理的科学化和规范化。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of PDCA circulation in reducing the damage of intravenous drug dispensing center (PIVAS). Methods the drug breakage of PIVAS before and after PDCA cycle was analyzed retrospectively from 2015 to 2016, and the quality control of the whole process was continuously improved by PDCA cycle management. Results after the targeted measures were taken to intervene the steps of drug loss in the process, the breaking rate caused by the storage reasons was reduced from 46 to 19, and the zero removal link was reduced to less than half of that before the intervention. The amount of breakage in the workflow such as dispensing drugs and checking was obviously decreased. Compared with the intervention before the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the damage caused by drug distribution and quality problems (P0.05). Conclusion the effect of PDCA circulation on drug breakage in PIVAS is obvious, which can reduce the rate of drug breakage and promote the scientific and standardized drug management of PIVAS.
