树脂吸附法分离纯化非达霉素的研究

【摘要】:目的研究大孔吸附树脂分离纯化非达霉素的工艺条件。方法以非达霉素的吸附量为考察指标,从中筛选树脂;并对吸附及解吸条件进行优化,得到适宜的纯化操作条件。结果 HZ816树脂为最佳吸附剂,优化的条件为吸附流速为2BV/h,解吸剂为80%的乙醇-水溶液。在此实验条件下所得产品纯度≥90%,收率≥60%。结论 HZ816树脂对非达霉素有较好的吸附分离性能,适合于非达霉素的提纯。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the separation and purification of nidamycin by macroporous resin. Methods the adsorption amount of non-reached mycin was used as the index to select the resin from the resin, and the conditions of adsorption and desorption were optimized, and the suitable conditions for purification were obtained.
