度米芬聚L-乳酸电纺纤维膜的制备及表征
[Abstract]:Aim to prepare the microfiber membrane of domifen, a cationic surfactant fungicide, and to investigate the release behavior of domifen at different drug loading. Methods Poly (L-lactic acid) fibers with a mass fraction of 1.25% and 2.5% were prepared by homogeneous solution electrospinning method. Wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) and differential thermal analysis (DTA) were used to investigate the precipitation of domefen on the surface and interior of poly (L-lactic acid) fibers. The fiber membrane was placed in water to release mifen. The release medium was obtained at different time points. The content of medium mifene in release medium was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and the time-release percentage curve was plotted. Results Dumifen and Poly (L- lactic acid) could be electrospun to form homogeneous fibers, and the diameter of fibers increased with the increase of drug loading. The surface and interior of the fibers are amorphous, and mifen is precipitated. The drug showed a sustained release behavior at 5 h after sudden release, and then entered the platform stage. At the same time, the percentage of drug release decreased with the increase of drug loading. After the sudden release point is removed, the curve of release percentage and release time has a higher fitting value to the Freundlich equation. Conclusion Poly (L- lactic acid) electrospun fibers showed a special release behavior after encapsulation of the latter, which could be used as a reference for the release behavior of similar small molecular surfactants from electrospun fibers.
