心脑血管药物致不良反应报告分析及用药监护策略

【摘要】：目的分析心脑血管药物致不良反应的原因,提出用药监护策略。方法选取2012年1月~2015年12月我院上报的不良反应报告95例作为研究对象,对其进行统计分析,明确发生原因,提出相应的用药监护措施。结果心脑血管药物致不良反应的发生与患者因素及用药因素有关,加强对患者的监护及合理使用药物可有效避免不良反应的发生。结论采取合理的用药监护措施,可有效降低心脑血管药物致不良反应的发生率,提高用药安全性。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the causes of adverse reactions caused by cardiovascular and cerebrovascular drugs and put forward the strategy of drug monitoring. Methods 95 cases of adverse reactions reported in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2015 were selected as the research objects. The causes of adverse reactions were statistically analyzed and the corresponding monitoring measures were put forward. Results the occurrence of adverse reactions caused by cardiovascular and cerebrovascular drugs was related to the factors of patients and medication. Strengthening the monitoring of patients and rational use of drugs could effectively avoid the occurrence of adverse reactions. Conclusion reasonable drug monitoring measures can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions caused by cardiovascular and cerebrovascular drugs and improve the safety of drug use.
