胆固醇酯转移蛋白抑制剂的开发及研究进展

【摘要】：胆固醇酯转移蛋白(CETP)抑制剂可升高血浆中高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平,同时降低低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平,为目前调脂药物的开发及研究重点,预期可改善心血管疾病的结局。目前尽管CETP抑制剂的研发已经取得重大进展,但寻找安全、有效的CETP抑制剂仍面临许多挑战。本文对目前CETP抑制剂的临床研究进展进行综述。
[Abstract]:Cholesterol ester transfer protein (CETP) inhibitor can increase the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and decrease the level of low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in plasma. It is expected to improve the outcome of cardiovascular disease. Although significant progress has been made in the research and development of CETP inhibitors, there are still many challenges in finding safe and effective CETP inhibitors. This article reviews the clinical research progress of CETP inhibitors.
