雷帕霉素通过诱导细胞自噬调控调节性T细胞的分化及功能

【摘要】：目的探究雷帕霉素Treg细胞的调控作用是否与细胞自噬有关。方法取小鼠脾脏,经研磨后用细胞分选试剂盒分选细胞。细胞经抑制剂或干扰分子处理改变细胞自噬水平。通过流式细胞术检测Treg细胞的生成比例。结果抑制自噬Treg细胞生成比例显著下降。结论细胞自噬参与调控Treg细胞功能。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate whether the regulation of rapamycin Treg cells is related to autophagy. Methods the spleen of mice was harvested and the cells were sorted by cell sorting kit after grinding. Cells were treated with inhibitors or interfering molecules to change the level of autophagy. The percentage of Treg cells was detected by flow cytometry. Results the percentage of inhibiting autophagy Treg cells was significantly decreased. Conclusion autophagy is involved in regulating the function of Treg cells.
