我国质子泵抑制剂临床实践指南的概况与分析

【摘要】：目的对我国现有涉及质子泵抑制剂(PPI)临床实践指南进行梳理,了解目前国内PPI在不同病种中的应用概况,为规范PPI用药提供重要参考。方法检索国内含PPI用药的临床实践指南,并从指南的类别、PPI有效性和安全性的证据水平、指南推荐强度等角度进行整理归纳。结果纳入含PPI用药的临床实践指南17份,大部分指南没有基于循证证据进行制定,仅5份(29.4%)提及应用循证的方法制定指南,主要涉及胃肠道用药方面。结论 PPI临床用药实践指南存在诸多不明确的推荐意见,导致临床PPI用药较为混乱,亟待制定相关规定以进一步规范PPI用药。
[Abstract]:Objective to review the clinical practice of proton pump inhibitor (PPI) in China, to understand the application of PPI in different diseases and to provide an important reference for regulating the use of PPI. Methods the clinical practice guidelines containing PPI drugs in China were searched and summarized from the point of view of the classification of the guidelines, the level of evidence for the effectiveness and safety of the guidelines, the recommended strength of the guidelines, and so on. Results 17 clinical practice guidelines containing PPI were included. Most of the guidelines were not based on evidence-based evidence. Only 5 (29.4%) referred to the use of evidence-based methods to develop guidelines, mainly involving gastrointestinal drug use. Conclusion there are many ambiguous recommendations in the clinical practice guidelines for PPI, which leads to confusion in clinical PPI use. It is urgent to formulate relevant regulations to further standardize the use of PPI drugs.
