药房药品库存预警及领药模式的设计与应用

【摘要】：目的:设计医院药房药品动态库存预警及领药模式,规范和简化传统的领药模式。方法:首先设置公式计算药品库存预警初始参数,领药员再根据工作实际情况调整初始参数,由此建立由药品动态用量设置条件及公式自动产生药品申领计划和库存预警的药品动态库存预警模式;记录并比较新旧模式药品库存指标和工作量指标。结果:与传统模式比较,预警模式下药品平均库存天数更低[(7.21±6.09)vs.(5.04±3.64)d,P0.05],平均每天缺药的品种数更少[(0.713±0.570)vs.(0.101±0.152)种,P0.01];每日领药次数、领药品种数及检查库存时间均显著减少[(4.55±3.66)vs.(1.25±1.34)次,P0.01;(313.25±31.89)vs.(256.77±42.34)种,P0.05;(1.36±0.52)vs.(0.30±0.26)h,P0.01]。结论:药房药品库存预警系统的应用能够使药房药品库存更合理,领药更快捷。
[Abstract]:Objective: to design an early warning and drug collection model for drug dynamic inventory in hospital pharmacy, and to standardize and simplify the traditional drug collection model. Methods: first, the formula was set up to calculate the initial parameters of drug stock warning, and then the initial parameters were adjusted according to the actual working conditions.
