【摘要】:正采用双螺杆热熔挤出法制备了含无机辅料Neusilin(NEU)和亲水性表面活性剂Labrasol和Labrafil的曲尼司特(TLT)固体分散体。NEU是一种合成的硅酸铝镁,是具有多孔隙结构的无机填充剂。通过优化挤出过程制备了不同的TLT/NEU/表面活性剂
[Abstract]:Twin-screw hot-melt extrusion method was used to prepare trinilast (TLT) solid dispersion. NEU, containing inorganic excipients Neusilin (NEU) and hydrophilic surfactants Labrasol and Labrafil, is a synthetic aluminum magnesium silicate, which is an inorganic filler with porous structure. Different TLT/NEU/ surfactants were prepared by optimizing extrusion process.
