RP-HPLC法测定氯霉素地砜软膏中3种主药的含量

【摘要】：目的:建立同时测定氯霉素地砜软膏中氯霉素、氨苯砜及地塞米松含量的方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18,流动相为0.1%庚烷磺酸钠溶液-甲醇(70∶30,V/V),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为272 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为20μl。结果:氯霉素、氨苯砜和地塞米松的质量浓度分别在20.12~201.2、10.25~102.5、0.202 6~2.026μg/ml范围内与各自峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.998 7、0.999 9、0.999 9);精密度、重复性、稳定性试验的RSD≤1.19%;回收率分别为99.66%(RSD=0.34%,n=9)、99.84%(RSD=0.41%,n=9)与99.94%(RSD=0.49%,n=9)。结论:该方法操作简便快捷,可为氯霉素地砜软膏的质量控制提供参考。
