探讨曲普瑞林、六子方对雷公藤多苷致卵巢功能受损的保护机制

【摘要】:目的:观察雷公藤多苷对雌性小鼠性腺、卵巢功能的影响;探讨曲普瑞林、六子方对雷公藤多苷致雌性小鼠卵巢功能受损的保护作用;寻求切实有效的应用雷公藤时保护卵巢功能的方案。方法:筛选出动情周期正常者40只为受试动物,随机分为4组,每组10只:A组空白对照组:每日灌胃生理盐水0.35ml,每日1次,连续11周;B组雷公藤多苷组:第8天起用雷公藤多苷溶液灌胃0.35ml,每日1次,连续10周;C组雷公藤多苷+曲普瑞林组:每天O.lmg/kg皮下注射曲普瑞林注射液,每日1次,连续注射11周;第8天起用雷公藤多苷溶液灌胃0.35ml,每日1次,连续10周;D组雷公藤多苷+六子方:第8天起7AM用雷公藤多苷溶液灌胃0.35ml,每日1次,连续10周;7PM用六子方溶液灌胃0.35m1,每日1次,连续10周;第11周各组均处死,检测血AMH、FSH、LH、E2,计算卵巢指数,作卵巢组织形态学观察。筛选最佳方案。结果:曲普瑞林与雷公藤配伍使用,小鼠活动灵敏;体重增加;FSH、LH降低,AMH、 E2升高;卵巢中卵泡数、成熟卵泡数均较多。小鼠使用六子方后一般情况良好;动情周期延长;小鼠卵巢指数及卵泡数量明显增多;小鼠血清FSH、LH有升高趋势,血清E2与AMH水平高。结论:1、雷公藤多苷可造成雌性小鼠性腺、卵巢功能损伤;2、曲普瑞林、六子方对雷公藤多苷致雌性小鼠性腺、卵巢功能受损有保护作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside on gonadal and ovarian function in female mice, and to explore the protective effect of tripterygium tripterygii polyglycoside on ovarian function damage in female mice induced by tripterygium wilfordii. To find a practical and effective way to protect ovarian function when using Tripterygium wilfordii. Methods: 40 subjects with normal estrous cycle were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group (n = 10): normal saline 0.35 ml daily, once a day for 11 weeks; Group B was treated with tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside 0.35 ml by gavage on the 8th day, once a day for 10 weeks. Group C was given tripterygium polyglycoside triplatin for 10 weeks. The injection of tripterygium tripterygii was subcutaneously injected daily once a day for 11 weeks. From the 8th day, 7AM was gavaged with Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside solution 0.35 ml, once a day, for 10 weeks. Group D was treated with Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside for 10 weeks. From the 8th day on, 7AM was gavaged with tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside solution 0.35 ml, once a day for 10 weeks. 7PM was perfused with Liuzi Fang solution once a day for 10 weeks, and all the groups were killed at the 11th week. The serum AMHH FSHSHLHHU E2 was detected, the ovarian index was calculated and the ovarian histomorphology was observed. Select the best scheme. Results: when combined with Tripterygium wilfordii, the mice were sensitive to activity, FSH LH decreased AMH and E2 increased, follicles and mature follicles were more in ovary. The ovarium index and the number of follicles in mice were obviously increased. The serum FSH LH and E 2 and AMH levels were higher in mice. ConclusionTwain 1, Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside can cause sexual gland, ovarian function injury, triplatin and liuzi prescription in female mice. It has protective effect on female sexual gland induced by tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside.
