噬菌体与抗菌剂联合应用研究进展

【摘要】:目前,细菌耐药性已成为危害公众健康的严重问题。噬菌体是地球上存在最丰富的生物,其作为细菌病毒具有裂解细菌的作用,许多动物模型试验及临床测试已经证明裂解性噬菌体有杀菌功效,噬菌体疗法的应用逐渐成为研究的必然选择。噬菌体虽然有希望成为抗生素替代品,但是越来越多的研究表明噬菌体与抗菌剂组合比二者单一使用能更有效地控制病原菌。本文就噬菌体与抗菌剂联合应用进行综述,主要讨论了噬菌体与抗生素、精油和细菌素等抗菌剂联合应用的研究进展。
[Abstract]:At present, bacterial resistance has become a serious problem that endangers public health. Bacteriophage is one of the most abundant organisms on earth. As a bacterial virus, bacteriophage has been proved to be bactericidal by many animal model tests and clinical tests. The application of bacteriophage therapy has gradually become the inevitable choice of research. Although bacteriophage is promising as a substitute for antibiotics, more and more studies have shown that the combination of bacteriophage and antimicrobial agents can control pathogens more effectively than the single use of the bacteriophages and antimicrobial agents. In this paper, the application of bacteriophage and antimicrobial agents was reviewed, and the research progress of the combination of bacteriophage and antibiotics, essential oil and bacteriocin was discussed.
