静脉药物配置中心操作评分标准的制定及应用

【摘要】：目的规范静脉药物配置中心(Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services,PIVAS)药物配置操作流程和评分标准。方法依据"湖北省卫生系统护理技术操作考核评价标准",针对本科室实际情况拟定操作评分标准,并进行临床培训和考核。结果结合医院和本科室的实际情况制定评分标准,拟定出评分表格,结合图像演示和相关理论。结论制定评价标准,充实了PIVAS专科护理建设内容,带动PIVAS各项流程走向标准化,完善护理质量管理体系。
[Abstract]:OBJECTIVE To standardize the operation procedure and scoring criteria of pharmacy intravenous admixture services (PIVAS). METHODS According to the "Hubei Provincial Health System Nursing Technology Operating Assessment Criteria", the operation scoring criteria were formulated according to the actual situation of the undergraduate departments, and clinical training and assessment were carried out. Conclusion Establishing the evaluation standard can enrich the contents of PIVAS specialty nursing construction, promote the standardization of PIVAS processes and improve the nursing quality management system.
