美国、英国、澳大利亚社区药师职责扩展的实践及对我国的启示

【摘要】：目的:为我国社区药师发展提供参考。方法:通过梳理美国、英国、澳大利亚有关社区药师职责拓展的实践,总结归纳相关经验并提出相关建议。结果与结论:美国、英国、澳大利亚社区药师的职责扩展取得了较大的进展,执业水平和自身素质在不断提升,在慢病预防、社区药房小病管理、药物使用审查及处方药干预、建立健康使命药房等方面取得了一定的成绩。我国应考虑分区域、分阶段、分步骤地促进社区药师职责的转变,鼓励药师积极、有序地扩展业务范围,从制度上积极探索并开展多重认证,稳步提升药师的服务技能。国内药师应该主动转变理念,为即将到来的变革做好充分准备。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide reference for the development of community pharmacists in China. Methods: by combing the practice of community pharmacist's duty expansion in USA, UK and Australia, the author summarized the relevant experience and put forward some relevant suggestions. Results & conclusion: great progress has been made in expanding the responsibilities of community pharmacists in the United States, Britain and Australia. The practice level and quality of community pharmacists have been continuously improved, including the prevention of chronic diseases, the management of minor diseases in community pharmacies, the examination of drug use and the intervention of prescription drugs. The establishment of health mission pharmacy and so on has made certain achievements. Our country should consider sub-region, step by step, promote the change of community pharmacist's duty, encourage pharmacist to expand the scope of business actively and orderly, explore and carry out multiple certification from the system actively, improve the service skill of pharmacist steadily. Domestic pharmacists should take the initiative to change their ideas and prepare for the coming changes.
