“5S管理”方法在疫苗冷库管理中的应用

【摘要】：正5S管理起源于上世纪80年代初期,由Takashi Osada引入日本企业的管理方法,是一种针对企业的精益管理模式,包括整理(Seiri)、整顿(Seiton)、清扫(Seiso)、清洁(Seiketsu)、素养(Shitsuke)5个方面~([1]),故称5S管理。目前5S管理理论及方法广泛应用于包括卫生系统在内的诸多领域,且成效显著~([2-7])。在健全完善疫苗冷链保障体系工作实践中,为确保疫苗安全,擢升管理水平及提升业务人员职业素养,借鉴国内外先进管理方法及理念,显得尤为必要。鉴于
[Abstract]:Zheng5S management originated in the early 1980s.
