海洋天然产物及其抗炎活性的研究进展

【摘要】：炎症是具有血管系统的活体组织应对刺激所发生的防御反应,在疾病的发生发展中具有重要作用,如关节炎、哮喘和阿尔茨海默病等。目前常用的抗炎药主要有非甾体类抗炎药、甾体类抗炎药和生物制剂,但由于甾体类和非甾体类抗炎药常伴有副作用问题、生物制剂价格较昂贵而受到一定限制。海洋是生物的重要栖息地,蕴藏着极其丰富的天然产物,随着近年来对海洋资源的开发,人们从海洋生物中提取出了许多具有抗炎活性的天然产物,如萜类、甾醇类、多糖、生物碱、脂肪酸和蛋白质等,本文综述了近年来具有抗炎活性的海洋天然产物及其衍生物的研究进展,以期对开发高效安全抗炎药物提供一定帮助。
[Abstract]:Inflammation is a defense response of living tissues with vascular system to response to stimuli, and plays an important role in the development of diseases, such as arthritis, asthma and Alzheimer's disease. At present, the commonly used anti-inflammatory drugs are mainly non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and biological preparations, but because steroids and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs often have side effects, the price of biological agents is limited. With the development of marine resources in recent years, many natural products with anti-inflammatory activity, such as terpenes, sterols, polysaccharides, have been extracted from marine organisms. Alkaloids, fatty acids and proteins are reviewed in this paper. The research progress of marine natural products and their derivatives with anti-inflammatory activity in recent years is reviewed in order to provide some help for the development of high efficiency, safety and anti-inflammatory drugs.
