蛇毒多肽的新药研发进展

【摘要】:蛇毒活性肽在临床上的应用价值已被人们所重视,尤其是将蛇毒多肽开发成抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗血栓、镇痛和降压等新药已成为当今热点。随着分子生物学技术的发展,蛇毒的作用机制也逐渐被阐明。大量研究发现:蛇毒多肽成分主要通过调控离子通道、调控细胞增殖与凋亡、调控细胞内信号通路、调控细胞因子表达和与相关活性位点或受体结合等发挥药理作用。
[Abstract]:The application value of snake venom active peptide in clinic has been paid attention to, especially the development of snake venom peptides as new drugs such as anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, anti-thrombus, analgesia and hypotension has become a hot spot. With the development of molecular biology technology, the mechanism of snake venom has been elucidated. A large number of studies have found that the peptides of snake venom mainly play a pharmacological role by regulating ion channels, regulating cell proliferation and apoptosis, regulating intracellular signaling pathway, regulating cytokine expression and binding with related active sites or receptors.
