体外翻转肠囊法研究纳米二氧化钛对幼年大鼠小肠葡萄糖吸收的影响
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the effect of nanometer titanium dioxide (TiO_2) on glucose absorption in small intestine of young rats and its size effect. Methods: the small intestine of 63 young (4-week-old) male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were selected and 63 models of intestinal sac were established in vitro. The concentration of glucose was 10 ~ (25) ~ (50) ~ (100) 200400800 mmol/L, respectively. Effects of exposure to 0 ~ (50) mg/L nanometer TiO_2 (24 nm) for 2 h on glucose absorption in small intestine; On this basis, the effects of exposure to 0101050200 mg/L nanometer-sized TiO_2 (24 nm) and micron TiO_2 (120 nm) for 2 h on the absorption of glucose in the small intestine were studied by using the model of in vitro turnover of intestinal sac. At the concentration of 400 mmol/L glucose, the effects of Nano TiO_2 (24 nm) and micron TiO_2 (120 nm) were studied. There were 3 intestinal sac in each group. Results: the accumulation of glucose in the small intestine of young rats increased with the increase of glucose concentration and exposure time, only at 400 mmol/L glucose concentration. The cumulative glucose absorption and absorption rate of 50 mg/L TiO_2 exposed group were observed at 30 min (t _ (cumulative absorption) = 3.254 (P _ (0.05). T absorption rate = 3.958 (P 0.05), 90 min (t cumulative absorption rate = 3.323 (P 0.05), 120 min (t cumulative absorption rate (120 min (t) = 2.834 (P 0.05); T absorption rate was significantly lower than that of control group (P 0.05). In the second step, compared with the control group, different doses of nanometer TiO_2 or micron TiO_2 had no significant effect on the accumulative absorption of glucose and the accumulation of lactic acid in the small intestine of young rats. Under the same exposure time and dose, there was no significant difference in the cumulative glucose absorption and lactic acid production between the groups exposed to nanometre and micron TiO_2. Conclusion: the short term exposure of nanometer TiO_2 may inhibit the absorption of glucose in the small intestine of young rats, and there is no significant difference between nano TiO_2 and micron TiO_2.
