噬菌体展示技术在多肽类药物开发中的应用

【摘要】:目的对噬菌体展示技术在多肽类药物开发中的应用进行综述。方法通过查阅近年来国内外相关文献30篇,对其进行分析和归纳总结。结果近年来,利用噬菌体展示技术筛选特异性多肽取代抗体作为导向分子在导向药物研发中取得了很大的成功,目前已有很多运用噬菌体展示技术开发多肽类药物的成功案例。作者主要介绍通过噬菌体展示技术筛选特异性多肽在癌症、心功能障碍及神经性疾病、免疫性疾病和寄生动物及细菌病毒感染病等方面的应用。结论噬菌体展示技术是多肽类药物开发的重要手段,该技术越来越成熟,基于该技术筛选到的多种靶向多肽已经商业化或进入临床试验。
[Abstract]:Objective to review the application of phage display technology in the development of polypeptide drugs. Methods 30 literatures were reviewed, analyzed and summarized. Results in recent years, the use of phage display technology to screen specific peptides instead of antibodies as a targeting molecule in the development of targeted drugs has achieved great success. At present, there have been many successful cases of using phage display technology to develop polypeptide drugs. The authors mainly introduce the application of phage display in screening specific peptides in cancer, cardiac dysfunction and neuropathy, immune diseases, parasitic animal and bacterial virus infections. Conclusion Phage display technology is an important method for the development of polypeptide drugs, and it is becoming more and more mature. Many kinds of targeted peptides selected based on this technique have been commercialized or entered clinical trials.
