磺胺醋酰钠合成工艺的改进

【摘要】：对磺胺醋酰钠的合成工艺进行改进,考察催化剂、p H、反应温度、反应时间、加样方式对磺胺醋酰产率的影响,用不同溶剂的氢氧化钠溶液与其成盐。结果表明,55℃,不加催化剂,醋酐和Na OH,同时分次加入或者控制p H、醋酐和Na OH一次性全部加入,反应时间0.5~1 h,磺胺醋酰的产率分别为73.5%,73.7%,用5%Na OH乙醇溶液与磺胺醋酰成盐,可提高磺胺醋酰钠的收率。
