HPLC法测定氯霉素溶液中氯霉素及氯霉素二醇物含量

【摘要】:目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定氯霉素溶液中氯霉素及其降解产物氯霉素二醇物含量的方法。方法以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂[Dionex Acclaim C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)];流动相:0.1%庚烷磺酸钠溶液-冰乙酸-乙腈(68:0.2:32);流速:1.0m L/min;检测波长:271nm;柱温:30℃。结果氯霉素与氯霉素二醇物的平均回收率分别为100.6%、100.6%,RSD值分别为1.2%、0.59%(n=6);氯霉素的线性范围为25.15~754.48μg/m L(r=0.9998),氯霉素二醇物的线性范围为2.02~60.59μg/m L(r=0.9996)。结论 本文所建立的含量测定方法准确可靠、重现性好,可作为制剂的质量控制方法 。
