静脉药物配置中心应用品管圈优化药品配送的经验总结

【摘要】:目的通过在静脉药物配置中心开展品管圈活动,提高药品、科室配送的准确性和及时性,减少药品配送纠纷事件,优化药学服务。方法结合实际情况,运用鱼骨图分析产生配送纠纷的原因,拟定相应的对策及实施办法。结果有形成果:配送纠纷由活动开展前每月192.7件降低到开展后每月53.2件,进步率为72.39%;无形成果:圈员在品管手法、沟通协调、团队精神、积极性等方面得到显著提高。结论品管圈活动用于降低静脉药物配置中心配送纠纷率是可行有效的,开展此活动提高了科室人员参与管理的意识,有助于不断发现和解决静脉药物配置中心内部问题,提高工作质量和效率。
[Abstract]:Objective to improve the accuracy and timeliness of drug delivery and to reduce disputes and optimize pharmaceutical services by conducting quality control activities in intravenous drug distribution center. Methods according to the actual situation, fish bone map was used to analyze the causes of distribution disputes, and the corresponding countermeasures and implementation methods were worked out. Results tangible results: distribution disputes were reduced from 192.7 cases per month before the activities to 53.2 cases per month after the activities were carried out, and the improvement rate was 72.39%. Intangible results: the circle members in quality control techniques, communication and coordination, team spirit, enthusiasm and so on have been significantly improved. Conclusion it is feasible and effective to use the quality control circle activity to reduce the distribution dispute rate in the intravenous drug distribution center. It can improve the awareness of the department staff to participate in the management and help to find and solve the internal problems in the intravenous drug distribution center. Improve work quality and efficiency.
