【摘要】：正氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片(黛力新)是一种由盐酸氟哌噻吨和盐酸美利曲辛组成的复方制剂。氟哌噻吨,一种噻吨类神经阻滞剂,小剂量具有抗焦虑、抗抑郁作用。美利曲辛是一种双相抗抑郁剂,低剂量应用时,具有兴奋特性。黛力新用于治疗轻、中度抑郁和焦虑,尤其是治疗心身疾病伴发的焦虑抑郁~([1-3])。近年来该药在癌性疼痛的联合治疗中也有较好运用,且取得了
[Abstract]:N-droperazidone-metriaxine tablets (Delixine) is a compound preparation composed of droperazothioate hydrochloride and melitaxine hydrochloride. Droperazide, a neuroblocker with low doses of antianxiety and antidepressant. Melitaxine is a biphasic antidepressant with excitatory properties when used at low doses. Delyxin is used to treat mild and moderate depression and anxiety, especially those associated with psychosomatic disorders ([1-3]). In recent years, the drug has been used well in the combined treatment of cancer pain.
