【摘要】：正治疗药物监测萌芽开始于20世纪50年代末60年代初的药物治疗研究,20世纪70年代中期在欧美兴起,当时称作临床化学、临床药理、药代动力学和药物体内分析等。1979年,随着国际治疗药物监测及毒理学会官方杂志Therapeutic Drug Monitoring的创刊,个体化药学基础及临床领域的研究和实践统称为治疗药物监测,并逐渐被业内接受。80年代,药物个体化治疗的深入广泛的开展更确定了"治疗药物监测"的专业术语(therapeutic drug monitoring,TDM),并逐渐发展为一门多学科交融的临床
[Abstract]:Therapeutic drug monitoring sprouting began in the late 1950s and early 1960s, and rose in Europe and the United States in the mid-1970s, when it was called clinical chemistry, clinical pharmacology, pharmacokinetics and drug analysis in vivo. With the founding of Therapeutic Drug Monitoring, the official journal of the International Society of Therapeutic Drug Monitoring and Toxicology, the research and practice in the basic and clinical fields of individualized pharmacy is called therapeutic drug monitoring, and has gradually been accepted by the industry in the 1980s. The extensive development of individualized drug therapy has confirmed the term "therapeutic drug monitoring" (therapeutic drug monitoring,TDM), and has gradually developed into a multidisciplinary clinical blend.
