多重药理学:药物发现的新理念

【摘要】：多重药理学(polypharmacology)着重对两个方面进行研究:1)由药物分子脱靶效应(off-target)导致的药物毒副作用或不良反应;2)利用药物分子同时调节疾病网络系统中的多个靶点,针对复杂性疾病进行治疗。本文综述多重药理学这两个方面的新近研究进展,介绍新技术在多重药理药物发现过程中的应用。
[Abstract]:Multiplex pharmacology (polypharmacology) focuses on two aspects: 1) toxic side effects or adverse reactions caused by drug molecular miss effect (off-target); 2) using drug molecules to regulate multiple targets in the disease network system simultaneously to treat complex diseases. In this paper, the recent advances in multiplex pharmacology are reviewed, and the application of new techniques in the discovery of multiplex pharmacological drugs is introduced.
