GC-MS法测定甲磺酸培氟沙星中甲磺酸酯杂质的研究

【摘要】:目的建立气相质谱方法的同时测定甲磺酸培氟沙星中甲磺酸甲酯(MMS)、甲磺酸乙酯(EMS)和甲磺酸异丙酯(IMS)含量。方法经碘代试剂的柱前衍生化,将3种甲磺酸酯衍生成碘甲烷,碘乙烷和碘代异丙烷,利用DB-Wax石英毛细管柱(30m×0.25mm,0.25μm)分离,质谱检测器检测。结果 MMS、EMS和IMS分别在34~549、31~499和26~411ng/m L具有良好的线性(r≥0.9999),平均回收率分别为101.8%、102.9%和100.6%,定量限≤2.6ng/m L。结论该方法可用于甲磺酸培氟沙星中甲磺酸酯类杂质的分离分析,该方法简便、准确且快速。
