医院药品、材料和试剂的库存管理方法对比研究

【摘要】：通过对比药品、材料和试剂3类耗材的库存管理办法,分析业务流程、库存管理模式、库存变动点、采购计划数量制定、参与角色等层面,总结出3种不同的库存管理模式的相似性在于:"请领—采购—发放出库"的工作模式和存在对应信息系统,差异性在于库存变化点、采购计划生成量、库房、库存管理模式和具体角色名称。最后,对3种库存管理方法进行总结。
[Abstract]:By comparing the methods of inventory management of three kinds of consumables, such as drugs, materials and reagents, the paper analyzes the business process, inventory management model, inventory change point, the quantity of purchase plan, the role of participation, and so on. The similarities of three different modes of inventory management are summarized as follows: "Please leader-procurement-release out of stock" working mode and the existence of corresponding information system, the difference lies in the point of change of inventory, the quantity of purchase plan, the warehouse, Inventory management model and specific role name. Finally, three methods of inventory management are summarized.
