HPLC测定阿昔洛韦片中阿昔洛韦的含量

【摘要】:目的采用HPLC测定阿昔洛韦片中阿昔洛韦的含量。方法 Welch C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm×5μm);流动相甲醇-水(10∶90),流速1.0m L·min~(-1),检测波长254nm,柱温为35℃,进样量20μL。按外标法以峰面积计算阿昔洛韦含量(以标示量的百分含量表示)。结果阿昔洛韦在5~30μg·m L~(-1)范围内浓度与峰面积呈良好线性关系;平均回收率为99.80%,RSD为0.26%;四批样品的平均含量是98.6%。结论本文所建立的方法准确、快捷,可用于阿昔洛韦片中阿昔洛韦含量的测定。
