【摘要】：正质子泵抑制剂(proton pump inhibitors,PPI)通过阻碍胃壁细胞H+-K+-ATP酶发挥抑制胃酸分泌的作用,是目前最有效的胃酸分泌抑制剂和抗溃疡药物。常用于十二指肠溃疡、胃溃疡、反流性食管炎、根除幽门螺杆菌(HP)和卓艾综合征(胃泌素瘤)等病,是治疗消化性溃疡病的良药。但是PPI作为强效抑酸药,会降低胃液中H+浓度,促使胃液pH升高,造成胃内环境的明显改变,影响某
[Abstract]:Positive proton pump inhibitor (proton pump inhibitors,PPI) inhibits gastric acid secretion by blocking H-K-ATP enzyme in gastric parietal cells and is the most effective inhibitor and anti-ulcer drug. It is commonly used in duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer, reflux esophagitis, eradication of Helicobacter pylori (HP) and Zhuoai syndrome (gastrinoma) and is a good medicine for peptic ulcer. However, PPI, as a powerful acid suppressant, can reduce H concentration in gastric juice, promote the increase of pH in gastric juice, and cause obvious changes in gastric environment, which affects a certain amount of H in gastric juice.
