阿法替尼的合成路线图解

【摘要】:分析阿法替尼(1)及其关键中间体4-[(3-氯-4-氟苯基)氨基]-6-硝基-7-[(S)-(四氢呋喃-3-基)-氧基]-喹唑啉(12)的合成方法,找到适合工业化生产的合成路线。通过中间体12合成阿法替尼的方法工艺简单,成本低,适合工业化生产。
[Abstract]:Analysis of the synthesis of afatinib (1) and its key intermediate 4- [(3-chloro-4-fluorophenyl) amino] -6-nitro-7- [(S)-(tetrahydrofuran-3-yl) -oxy] -quinazoline (12), Find a synthetic route suitable for industrial production. The method of synthesizing afatinib by intermediate 12 is simple, low cost and suitable for industrial production.
