半自动摆药模式的设计、开发及应用

【摘要】:目的:建立一种成本介于全自动摆药和手工摆药之间、工作效率较高、操作规范简便、符合国家法规的新型半自动摆药模式。方法:自行设计了一种基于摆药单信息可自动打印在药袋上,实现自动装药、自动封装和自动出袋的半自动摆药系统,其摆药系统包括硬件(装药转盘和装药漏斗等机械结构、传动器件等)和软件控制系统(与医院信息系统的接口程序、微控制单元软件和计算机软件等)。通过试运行、正式运行以及统计3名药剂人员分别采用手工药袋摆药和半自动摆药模式对相同内容的18张口服摆药单进行摆药的消耗时间和摆药差错数,以评价半自动摆药系统的应用效果。结果:自2012年5月试运行及2012年9月正式运行起,该系统运行情况总体正常,获得实用新型专利;两种摆药模式下总摆药消耗时间分别为481、397 min(t=6.82,P0.001),差错数分别为25、7次(χ2=9.353 8,P=0.002 2),差异均具有统计学意义。结论:与手工药袋摆药比较,半自动摆药模式可提高效率和降低摆药差错数,而且成本低于全自动摆药系统,故具有一定的推广应用价值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish a new semi-automatic dispensing model with high working efficiency, simple and convenient operation, between automatic dispensing and manual dispensing. Methods: a semi-automatic charging system was designed, which can be printed automatically on the charge bag based on the information of the dispensing sheet, and realized automatic charging, automatic packaging and automatic bag discharging. The system includes hardware (charge rotating plate and charge funnel) and other mechanical structures. Drive devices, etc.) and software control systems (interface programs with hospital information systems, microcontrol unit software, computer software, etc.). Through the trial run, the formal operation and the statistics of the three pharmacists, the consumption time and the number of errors of dispensing the same amount of 18 oral dispensing orders were measured by manual and semi-automatic dispensing methods, respectively. To evaluate the application effect of semi-automatic dispensing system. Results: since the trial operation in May 2012 and the official operation in September 2012, the system has been running normally and obtained the patent of utility model. The total time of dispensing was 481397 min (t0. 82) and the number of errors was 25 ~ 7 times (蠂 ~ (2 +) 9. 353 8 / P ~ (0.0022). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: compared with manual dispensing system, semi-automatic dispensing system can improve the efficiency and reduce the number of dispensing errors, and the cost is lower than that of the automatic dispensing system, so it has a certain value of popularization and application.
