小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒中人工牛黄和体外培育牛黄的研究

【摘要】:目的建立小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒(对乙酰氨基酚、马来酸氯苯那敏、人工牛黄)中人工牛黄和体外培育牛黄的TLC鉴别方法和胆红素的HPLC定量测定方法。方法胆酸和猪去氧胆酸的鉴别采用TLC法;胆红素的HPLC测定以甲醇-三氯甲烷-0.1%磷酸(88∶6∶6)为流动相,检测波长为449 nm。结果 TLC法可同时鉴别胆酸和猪去氧胆酸;胆红素的HPLC测定方法,线性范围较宽(0.01~0.1mg/m L),平均回收率在98.6%以上。结论建立的方法可快速区分人工牛黄和体外培育牛黄。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a TLC method for the identification of artificial bezoar from paracetamol, chlorphenamine maleate and artificial bezoar in children and the quantitative determination of bilirubin by HPLC. Methods cholic acid and porcine deoxycholic acid were identified by TLC, and methanol-trichloromethane 0.1% phosphoric acid (88:6:6) was used as mobile phase for the determination of bilirubin by HPLC. The detection wavelength was 449 nm.. Results TLC method could identify cholic acid and porcine deoxycholic acid simultaneously, and the linear range of HPLC method for determination of bilirubin was wide (the average recovery of 0.01~0.1mg/m L), was more than 98.6%). Conclusion the established method can quickly distinguish artificial and cultured bezoar.
