肠外营养液稳定性及相容性评价技术研究进展

【摘要】：全营养混合液作为肠外营养支持疗法的必备工具,一直在临床广泛应用。但由于其配方特殊,组分复杂,为确保治疗安全、有效,其稳定性及相容性一直倍受关注。随着分析方法及仪器的不断发展,人们对肠外营养液稳定性及相容性的认识逐步深入。本文针对肠外营养液中各成分稳定性及相容性评价技术进行综述,阐述各种技术的优缺点及应用情况,为合理开展肠外营养液安全性评价提供依据与支持。
[Abstract]:As a necessary tool of parenteral nutrition support therapy, total nutrition mixture has been widely used in clinic. However, because of its special formula and complex composition, its stability and compatibility have been paid much attention to in order to ensure the safety and effectiveness of treatment. With the development of analytical methods and instruments, people gradually understand the stability and compatibility of parenteral nutrition solution. In this paper, the stability and compatibility evaluation techniques of each component in parenteral nutrition solution are reviewed, the advantages, disadvantages and applications of these techniques are described, which provides the basis and support for the reasonable evaluation of the safety of parenteral nutrition solution.
