离子液体增敏荧光法测定罗红霉素的研究

【摘要】:目的建立罗红霉素的离子液体增敏荧光测定法。方法罗红霉素在λ_(ex)/λ_(em)=310nm/420nm处产生微弱荧光,加入离子液体(Bmim)PF_6后,荧光强度大大增强,对影响罗红霉素荧光强度的因素:浓度、酸度、时间、温度等进行了详细探究。罗红霉素在2.0×10~(-7)~8.0×10~(-6)mol/L范围内与其荧光强度有良好的线性关系,相关系数R=0.9989,检出限1.8×10~(-7)mol/L,回收率在92%~104%。结果利用本法测定罗红霉素药品中有效成分的含量,药物制剂中罗红霉素的测定值与标示值相吻合。结论该法可以作为该制剂含量测定的质量控制方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a method for the determination of roxithromycin by ionic liquid sensitized fluorimetry. Methods roxithromycin produced weak fluorescence at 位 _ (ex) / 位 _ (em) = 310nm/420nm. The fluorescence intensity of roxithromycin was greatly enhanced with the addition of ionic liquid (Bmim) PF_6. The factors affecting the fluorescence intensity of roxithromycin were concentration, acidity and time. The temperature and so on have been probed into in detail. The linear range of roxithromycin was 2.0 脳 10 ~ (- 7) ~ 8.0 脳 10 ~ (- 6) mol/L. The correlation coefficient was 0.9989. The detection limit was 1.8 脳 10 ~ (- 7) mol/L,. The recovery of roxithromycin was 92% ~ 10 ~ (- 7) mol/L,. Results the content of roxithromycin in roxithromycin drug was determined by this method. The determination value of roxithromycin in drug preparation was consistent with the marked value. Conclusion this method can be used as a quality control method for the determination of this preparation.
