丁苯酞-磺丁基-β-环糊精包合物的制备与表征

【摘要】:目的制备丁苯酞-磺丁基-β-环糊精包合物,并考察其结构和性能。方法采用冷冻干燥法制备包合物,用紫外分光光度法测定其包合率、含量、溶解度、溶出度。通过薄层色谱法、紫外光谱法、红外光谱法、差示扫描量热-热重联用法,验证包合物结构的形成。通过相溶解度法,确定最佳包合比例。通过溶出试验考察形成包合物后丁苯酞溶出速率的变化。结果丁苯酞与磺丁基-β-环糊精可形成摩尔比为1∶1的包合物,包合率为(56.70±1.5)%,平均含量为(5.02±1.6)%。结论制备丁苯酞-磺丁基-β-环糊精包合物的方法简单易行,并且可以有效提高丁苯酞在水中的溶解性和溶出速度。
[Abstract]:Aim to prepare butylphthalide-sulfonbutyl-尾-cyclodextrin inclusion complex and investigate its structure and properties. Methods the inclusion complex was prepared by freeze-drying method. The inclusion rate, content, solubility and dissolution were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The formation of inclusion complex was verified by thin layer chromatography, ultraviolet spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry-thermogravimetry. The optimum inclusion ratio was determined by phase solubility method. The dissolution rate of butylphthalein was investigated by dissolution test after the inclusion compound was formed. Results the inclusion complex with molar ratio of (56.70 卤1.5)% and (5.02 卤1.6)% was formed with the molar ratio of butylphthalide and sulfobutyl-尾-cyclodextrin (molar ratio) of (56.70 卤1.5)% and (5.02 卤1.6)%, respectively. Conclusion the method for the preparation of butylphthalide-sulfonbutyl-尾-cyclodextrin inclusion complex is simple and feasible, and it can effectively improve the solubility and dissolution rate of butylphthalide in water.
