品管圈在提高全自动摆药机分包前流程效率中的应用

【摘要】:目的:提高全自动摆药机分包前流程效率。方法:成立住院药房品管圈,按照品管圈活动步骤,找出影响全自动摆药机分包前流程效率的关键环节、关键因素,针对要因制定相应对策并实施,再通过对品管圈活动实施前后的分包前流程用时等指标对本次活动进行评价。结果:针对分包前流程用时最长的2个工作环节即"去除药品外包装"和"人工统计制订加药单",通过采取准确设定加药数量及品种、定时盘点摆药机、及时调整摆药机药品目录、加强培训等措施提高了工作效率,全自动摆药机分包前流程用时由活动前的179.8 min缩短至活动后的119.2 min(缩短33.7%),目标达成率为168.5%;且QCC活动成员在品管手法、责任心和团队凝聚力等方面均正向增长(增长率为15%~81%)。结论:品管圈活动提高全自动摆药机分包前流程效率的效果显著。
[Abstract]:Objective: to improve the process efficiency of automatic dispensing machine before subcontracting. Methods: the product management circle of inpatient pharmacy was set up, and according to the activity steps of product management circle, the key links and key factors affecting the efficiency of the process before subcontracting of automatic drug placement machine were found out, and the corresponding countermeasures were formulated and implemented. Then through the quality control circle activities before and after the implementation of the pre-contract process time and other indicators to evaluate this activity. Results: according to the two working links that took the longest time before subcontracting, that is, "removing drug outer packing" and "making drug adding list by manual statistics", by accurately setting the quantity and variety of adding drugs, and regularly counting the dispensing machine, Timely adjustment of drug catalogue of dispensing machine, strengthening training and other measures have improved work efficiency, and the process time before subcontracting of automatic dispensing machine has been shortened from 179.8 min before activity to 119.2 min after activity (33.7%).
