RP-HPLC法同时测定盐酸硫利达嗪片的含量和有关物质

【摘要】:目的:建立同时测定盐酸硫利达嗪片含量和有关物质的方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Waters Symmetry-C18,流动相为乙腈-水-三乙胺(85∶14∶1,V/V/V),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为265 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为20μl。结果:盐酸硫利达嗪质量浓度在2.5~37.5 mg/ml范围内与其峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD≤0.95%;平均加样回收率为99.8%,RSD=0.83%(n=3)。结论:该方法简便、准确、专属性好、灵敏度高,可用于盐酸硫利达嗪片的质量控制。
