基于背包理论的基本药物遴选模型构建

【摘要】:目的:为补充和完善我国基本药物遴选方法提供参考。方法:针对基本药物遴选的要求,运用背包理论,结合实际情况确定基本药物遴选的目标函数和约束条件,进行基本药物遴选模型的构建,并通过实例分析所建模型的可行性。结果:所构建的模型目标函数为所遴选基本药物组合的成本最小值,即Min∑C_jX_j,其他还包括药品的疾病覆盖、药品不良反应、禁忌、注意事项、剂型、规格6个方面的约束条件。以9种常见的口服降糖药作为待选药品,应用该模型选出的降糖类基本药物为格列吡嗪、格列齐特、二甲双胍和瑞格列奈。结论:本研究构建的基于背包理论的基本药物遴选模型较为科学、客观,有很强的实用性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide reference for replenishing and perfecting the selection method of essential drugs in China. Methods: according to the requirements of essential drug selection, the objective function and constraint conditions of essential drug selection were determined by using backpack theory and the objective function and constraint conditions of essential drug selection were determined according to the actual situation, and the feasibility of the model was analyzed by an example. Results: the objective function of the model was the minimum cost of the selected basic drug combination, that is, the other constraints, such as disease coverage, adverse drug reactions, taboos, matters needing attention, dosage form and specification, were also included in the drug coverage, adverse drug reactions, taboos, dosage forms and specifications. Nine common oral hypoglycemic drugs were used as selected drugs, and the essential hypoglycemic drugs selected by the model were glipizide, gliclazide, metformin and repaglinide. Conclusion: the basic drug selection model based on knapsack theory is scientific, objective and practical.
