过氧乙酸与温度协同杀菌作用的研究

【摘要】：目的研究过氧乙酸与温度协同杀菌作用,为扩展其应用空间提供依据。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法 ,观察不同温度对过氧乙酸协同杀菌效果。结果在25℃条件下,800 mg/L过氧乙酸消毒液作用1 min,对悬液内枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢、蜡样芽孢杆菌芽孢和酸土脂环酸杆菌芽孢平均杀灭对数值依次为0.48、0.23和0.82;将作用温度升高到65℃时,对上述3种细菌芽孢的平均杀灭对数值均可达到7.00以上。结论温度对过氧乙酸的杀菌能力具有协同增强作用,随作用温度升高,过氧乙酸杀菌效果逐渐提高。
