不同厂家青霉素V钾片的体外溶出曲线比较

【摘要】：本文研究了国内6个厂家生产的青霉素V钾片在磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH 6.8)、醋酸盐缓冲溶液(pH 4.5)以及0.01 mol/L盐酸溶液(pH 1.0)的溶出度,并采用相似f_2因子法,以原研厂家的青霉素V钾片为参比制剂进行了溶出曲线相似度的比较,为临床使用青霉素V钾片提供更好的参考依据。
