福建省药品联合限价阳光采购政策效果评估（英文）

　　本研究旨在评估福建省药品联合限价阳光采购政策对药品价格、用量、医保费用和患者负担的长期影响。对2012.1-2018.8期间产生的59 968条医保报销数据进行收集汇总,处理形成月度数据后通过间断时间序列（ITS）回归模型进行分析。回归结果显示,该政策执行后,（1）竞争性药品价格显著上升,升幅达128.9%（P<0.01）;非竞争性药品价格显著下降,降幅为18.9%（P<0.01）。（2）样本药品用药频度显著下降,降幅达32.3%（P<0.01）;其中竞争性药品用药频度显著下降,降幅达45.9%（P<0.01）;非竞争性药品用药频度却显著上升,升幅达19.1%（P<0.01）。（3）样本药品每人次月度总医保费用没有显著变化。（4）患者负担总体没有显著变化,但竞争性药品的自付费用显著上升,升幅达81.4%（P<0.01）。
